Have you tried our Pancetta Party yet?? This is our version of a white sauce pizza and I really like the recipe we're using. I'm not usually a fan of white sauce pies because sometimes they have a bland, watery flavor, but I think we got it right with this one.

We're using a lemon ricotta white sauce, with a little garlic, diced panetta, carmelized balsamic onion, house shredded brick cheese, a little hot honey and oregano
