Happy Sunday all!!
Today I come to you to show the "big tongue sticking out raspberry" of cooking and baking. I made this Chocolate Cobbler. Recipe on point, flavors on point, but messed up my batter/layer amounts (measurements) in my containers and pans. I did a double Recipe and I knew I was taking a chance. Well, it all cooked over, made a giant mess, I was upset. My ingredients are not cheap, I use the best! Husband came over and tasted it. He said, "babe, this is DELICIOUS! This can be saved." He started scraping the little pans into the bowl. Absolutely so sweet of him. To be honest, this dessert isn't pretty at its best!๐Ÿคฃ It is decadent, rich and chocolatey. I will end up layering the cobbler with vanilla icecream and freeze.
Don't give up, just switch gears.

Happy Thursday all!
I got started on this year's fresh, homemade jams!
On the left side, is a single batch of fresh delicious peach, and in the spoon and on the right is a double batch of my mouth tingling peach/habanero jam!
Why so few jars? That's because when I make my fruit jams, I want you to enjoy a jar of fresh fruit with some sugar, not a jar of sugar with some fruit. I use more fruit than filler you could say.

$5 for the smaller jar, $10 for the 16 oz jar, or 3 for $25. Reach out to me and place your orders at 276-494-6536. Leave a message, as I am either out in the garden or busy in the kitchen.

Our organic, from our garden, Black Raspberry jam is next. That takes a bit more work since I press out about 80%+ of the seeds. I am excited to show you how beautiful that jam is!

Happy Spring all!
Garden is going strong. It is time for some new Black Raspberry jam, and I do press out about 80% + of the seeds. Let me know if you are ready for some of that deliciousness. Lol.
I am really excited for our garden this year. ๐Ÿ™ that with God's help, we will have a huge, healthy harvest. I have something growing in about every corner and open space. Lol

HAPPY ALMOST SPRING!
I am busy getting my indoor seeds growing for a lush garden this year. We are doing a lot of different landscaping to fill our spaces with beautiful flowers and food.
A busy canning season is just around the corner.

Hello to all. I hope everyone is doing great and staying warm.

Here are a couple meal ideas for you all.
I made smoked deer ribs last weekend. This weekend was, cabbage pizza. Night and day meals, both were amazing!
