Happy Sunday all!!
Today I come to you to show the "big tongue sticking out raspberry" of cooking and baking. I made this Chocolate Cobbler. Recipe on point, flavors on point, but messed up my batter/layer amounts (measurements) in my containers and pans. I did a double Recipe and I knew I was taking a chance. Well, it all cooked over, made a giant mess, I was upset. My ingredients are not cheap, I use the best! Husband came over and tasted it. He said, "babe, this is DELICIOUS! This can be saved." He started scraping the little pans into the bowl. Absolutely so sweet of him. To be honest, this dessert isn't pretty at its best!๐คฃ It is decadent, rich and chocolatey. I will end up layering the cobbler with vanilla icecream and freeze.
Don't give up, just switch gears.
