We had pulled pork bbq from The Pork Shack Out Back for my birthday party. Has to be the best bbq in the Tri cities...of course I am partial to it. If you agree, we would love to here your comments! We are starting to fire up the Stumps smoker for the summer. Do you have catering jobs coming up? Let us serve you! Time to eat....and get it all over you! Our butts are smokin'!!!

BBQ Anyone?? We are setting up OUT BACK once again at the Holston Mountain Artisan Center in Abingdon (formally the Washington County Sheriff's Building) on Saturday July 3rd from 10 until 4. Everyone needs BBQ over the 4th of July holiday! Come see us! You will be happy you made the trip!

We're loading up to open at the Holston Mountain Artisan shop this morning. BBQ for everyone!! If you get a chance and are craving some good "QUE" come and see us. We are behind what use to be the old Sheriff's building in Abingdon. If you don't know how to get there, go to the top of courthouse hill and turn in the opposite direction of the Hospital. Ya'll come eat!

NEW DATE ON OUR CALENDAR! We will be back down at the Holston Mountain Artisans Shop in the old Sheriff's building in Abingdon next Saturday June 12th from 10 until...... Come out and get your bbq fix and let us know how we are doing! We are going to be working on some summer dates and will keep you posted as to when we will be "Slinging Que". Ya'll come eat!

We are trying to do bbq on weekends at the Holston Mountain Artisans Co-op. Does anyone have suggestions for advertising when we will be there?

We are also asking for feedback on how we can get our business off the ground. This area needs bbq joint where people will come for good food and southern hospitality, a place where people will come to forget their problems. The Pork Shack Out Back.....
