Tried my first cup of Jairo Arcila Strawberry Crunch from Haiku Brew this AM (10 days after roast). Wow, absolutely stunning! True to palate and aroma profile, but on steroids. Gorgeous beans and a perfect roast! Simple recipe in a Hario Switch (stopper open), 1:16, 30 second bloom, 2 subsequent pour overs finished at 3:30 minutes. Perfectly balanced fruit bomb. Highly recommended and great customer service too......
