Hatch 31 Bringing people together with food, drink, music, conversation, family and taco Tuesday. Thirty-one Main Street in Bristol has seen its fair share of turnover.

Most recently it was ND’s Bar, before that, Dan’s Place, Reggie’s and No-Knee’s. Now it’s Hatch 31. Sisters Sarah and Kayla Wisell, and their cousin Roberta Sinnock opened Hatch 31’s doors two years ago this May with the help of their father/uncle Matt Wisell. They spent the first month renovating the place.

Hatch 31 is celebrating 5 years in business. This year looks a little different than past years of celebratory events full of friends and music and laughter into the night. This year, we can’t just kick off our shoes and dance away the sadness, disgust, and shame. This year we need to stand up for what is right. We’ve always believed that Hatch has the super power of bringing people together and now we’re using it for more than bringing you a delicious meal or a wicked good time. This Tuesday we will be donating 25% of our sales to The ACLU. We are so grateful for our community and the everlasting support you have given our business, now is the time to spread that love further.
