It’s been a little while since I, as the owner of Fat Boyz BBQ & More, have jumped on here personally, and I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you.
Whether you’re a first-time customer, someone who’s just heard about us, or one of our loyal regulars, we truly appreciate every single one of you. Without your support, we wouldn’t be able to continue growing, and for that, we are beyond grateful.
Speaking of growth… since the first week of April 2026, we have made somewhere between 14,000 and 15,000 sandwiches across our restaurant, food trailer, concessions, catering events, and special events. That number honestly blows my mind, and it’s all because of you.
As we look ahead to early Spring 2027, we have plans to add another smoker to help us keep up with the demand. While our goal is always to sell out, we also know we need to do a better job of keeping up with everyone who wants our BBQ. We also plan to add more catering staff so we can accommodate multiple catering events in a single day.
A shout out also goes out to each and everyone of my staff member for doing what you do and helping hold it all together. Without you it wouldn’t be possible.
These are our goals, and as we all know, plans don’t always happen overnight. Until then, we ask for your patience as we continue doing everything we can to serve you with the quality and service you’ve come to expect from us.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in us, supporting our small business, and allowing us to be part of your meals, celebrations, and memories. We can’t wait to see what the future holds, and we’re excited to have each of you along for the ride.
