We created the Hash Bomb back in 2015 after one of our cooks made an oopsie prepping our corned beef hash 😅Instead of tossing it we decided to stuff it with Fogo Fire Hot Sauce and cheddar, bread it with panko, deep fry it then serve it over seasoned home fries and topped with sausage gravy and a fried egg! Ooooowwweeee!
