Seven days from now, dinner is served! Musicians, free flowing beverages, artists, nature, and ANOTHER Brookhaven culinary staple, Petite Violette! Since it's days as Petite Auberge, Petite Violette is a family business that has been cooking up some of the most finely tuned International cuisine for over 40 years. And, on October 24th, they are bringing their famous beef bourguignon to the supper table. Paired with a delicious 2011 Pierre Rougnon Grenache, this course is worth the price of admission! For good measure, Chef Guillermo Santana of PURE Taqueria is kneading out some fresh rosemary dough and stuffing it with pulled chicken, mixed cheeses, and roasted corn. Michel Arnette and his Word of Mouth restaurants are coming to the supper table with yellowfin tuna carpaccio + local apples, chiles. and pepitas! A dish that says autumn and awesome at the same time. Michel will also have plenty of Arnette's wine on hand to enjoy! There's four other dishes behind this one and four other delicious adult libations too. Not to mention the music, the espresso bar, the vintage draft beverage cart, the chalk art, the takeaway gifts, the photography, and the nature. It's a no brainer for a Saturday night out!
