POLICY: TO BOOK A PARTY OR EVENT PLEASE PLACE ORDERS 3 MONTH IN ADVANCE. IF ORDERS ARE NOT PLACED 3 MONTHS IN BEFORE THE EVENT DATE THERE WILL BE A $60.00 RUSH FEE FOR ALL ORDERS. SPECIAL AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS MUST BE MADE 3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE AND MUST BE PAID IN FULL. ALL OTHER ORDERS REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT TO START ORDERS. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL 2 WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE OR ORDERS ARE SUBJECTED TO CANCELLATION WITHOUT REFUND. TO CANCEL ORDERS CANCELLATION MUST BE DONE 2 WEEK BEFORE EVENT DATE FOR A COMPLETE REFUND. ANY ORDERS CANCELLED AFTER 2 WEEK WILL ONLY RECIEVE A 20% REFUND. BALLOON DECORATION INFO: ALL BALLOON DECORATION ORDERS WILL HAVE A HELIUM TANK RENTAL FEE. THIS FEE GOES ACCORDING TO THE BALLOON DECORATION SIZE AND THE AMOUNT OF BALLOONS THAT ARE NEED ALONG WITH PRICE OF BALLOON DECORATION.
