Hubert's confectionary and culinary creations have brought sweetness and smiles to countless people over twenty years since its creation in 1986.Hubert is the author of four cookbooks and is one of Belgium’s most important culinary ambassadors. It is with this same romantic a

mbition that Parisian born filmmaker Yonatan Israel opened New York's outpost of this beloved bakery, the place he trained with Hubert and his team.
