Earlier this week, StarChefs named their 2020 Rising Stars and recognized our very own Alan Delgado as the 'Game Changer' chef in this year's class.

Instead of the annual awards ceremony, and to help drive further attention to restaurants during this trying time, StarChefs is launching , a two-week campaign
spotlighting each of the 2020 New York Rising Stars.

From Dec 1-15, Chef Alan's Grilled Pork Chop, Corn Husk Glaze, Chile Costeño, Mole Rojo will be on the menu for your personal enjoyment. ❤️🔥🔮
