Turkish lahamagin
I obviously use 🎯
Preheat oven to 500
Place heavy tray upside in oven on lower rack to heat up
1 pound chopped meat
2 small onions chopped
1 bunch parsley chopped
3 plum tomatoes chopped
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons temahindi
Optional 1 teaspoon pepper paste (harissa)
Hot pepper spice optional
Salt to taste
Add everything to chop meat. Do not overwork the mixture
Top dough with mixture
Might have extra
Place into oven on hot tray. Cool for 12-15 minutes. Reheat before serving
Can top with toasted pine nuts and serve with tahini
