This is one of our few rolls that does not use rice. 🤌🍣😋

Raw Salmon and Tuna, Avocado and Snow crab wrapped in Cucumber!
It's fresh, bold and basically says Summer! ☀️😇

There's something mesmerizing about watching a chef build a roll from the inside out. 🤩😋🍣

Panko shrimp, cucumbers, and snow crab layered with precision, wrapped in seaweed and rice, topped with crab stick, salmon, tuna, and avocado, then finished with bold sauces and crunch.

We love when customers come in, not knowing what they want or when they feel like something different...We can get creative and get custom! 🥳🍣😋

For example, here's a little creativity on the fly based on a customer's likes and what came to the chef's mind...we're calling it the Chef's Mystery Roll: Charred Salmon, Cream Cheese, Cucumber, Tempura Shrimp, topped with Scallops, Spicy Mayo and Masago.
