As many of you know I retired from cheesecakes, but recipe lives on at Mr. Ben's Bakery. This is just the base recipe as they add their own delicious flavors and twists. Their sweet is also amazing. Don't forget my cheesecake lives on at Mr. Ben's Bakery. Which additionally, also serves great pan dulce. An example would be their empanada de calabaza. It's one of my favorite breads, but I usually never eat the edges once I run out of filling because the bread is usually dry. That is not the case with Mr. Ben's Bakery. Their empanadas are good to the last bite! Swing by and try some of their amazing coffees and teas!
