HEY, SCREECH OWL FAMILY!!!!!! STARTING THIS WEEKEND THE FAMILY IS TAKING THE KITCHEN BACK OVER. YES, WE ARE COOKING FOR YOU AGAIN. Menu will be limited this weekend, BUT GREAT, while we rebuild our kitchen staff. Looking for employment give us a call. Pizza, Screech Owl Loaded Pulled Pork Nachos, Mac & Cheese, Fries, Coleslaw, Hamburgers, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, all breads spent grain and loads of appetizers. Wash it all down with award winning Screech Owl Beer or A Varity Of Sodas, Southern Sweet / Un sweet Tea, Wines or Ciders. Ronnie Smith and Company here Friday evening, Shane Masters is back on Saturday. Tell us what you would like to see on the new menu that you have missed. Yes, it did storm a little here at Screech Owl Brewing. All gone now so come on out. The music , good food and cold beverages are still flowing. Next rain not scheduled until 7:30 or so... This rain sure did cool things off. Thank You Thank You. Up at 4pm ( in 30 minutes ) Is Reckart Hollow 4 -6 Then RONNIE BURROUGHS is here to wind up a big day of great music....... Kitchen still pumping out great food. the BBQ platter is great and you will not leave hungry. we just restocked the Country Store at Big Bear and The Point at Hazelton with Trail Rider Lime and Hoo's Your Daddy IPA this afternoon, come and get it. CHEERS

Smashers has a special of Lasagna, Salad and Spent Grain Garlic Toast today, Deep Fried Chicken wings. Full menu also available with Grandmothers Peanut Butter Pie & Grandmothers Spent Grain Apple Cinnamon Rolls with Maple Syrup Cream Cheese Icing. Hot Today is an under statement. I just passed an ice cream truck that was melting in the middle of the road. The shade tarps are on the green house dining area, fans are running and we are trying to stay cool.......MTN STATE ENTERPRISES just delivered a restocking of T-Shirts and Black Hoodies. Plus A new 250th year Shirt. Available until sold out. We still have our 10th Anniversary Beer Mugs and Shirts available at a discount. Available until sold out. Jayna (Also know as Speedy) and Grandmother are baking today, fresh spent grain buns, pizza crust, dinner rolls, pepperoni rolls, peanut butter pie and Black Berry Cobbler. Tomorrow (Friday) we open at 2 pm. Wings and Lasagna Special along with the full menu. Top selling sandwich's in June were The ELK BURGER and The VOLCANO BURGER. Pair either one, with the top selling beer, TRAIL RIDER LIME and you have a great meal with your family or friends at The OWL. CHEERS

Great Weekend in the making this 4th of July. Friday's Music line up is Cody & Morgan, Beyond the Barrier and Jamie & Danny Kittle of The Sodapopgypsies Band here all afternoon.
Saturday is just as big...Music starts at 12 noon and goes until 8 pm. Ruby Mountain Soul Music 12 -2, Cody & Morgan, Beyond the Barrier returns from 2 to 4, Reckart Hollow from 4 to 6 and capping everything off Ronnie Burrough 6 to 8pm. Smashers Sweets & Eats has a great menu lined up and Grandmother is fix'in Black Berry Cobbler.
Screech Owl Has been hard at work this summer creating new lower alcohol beverages for your delight. TRAIL RIDER LIME 3.9 ABV, TRAIL RIDER LAGER 3.9 ABV and EL JEFE 4.3 ABV.
If we can get Ed off the river he will be here greeting and seating.

Hotter than the 4th of July is about to come true this weekend. Stay Cool. LET US BE THANKFUL TO THE PEOPLE THAT MADE THIS HOLIDAY POSSIBLE 250 YEARS AGO! ... Great day to party, eat BBQ and Have a Trail Rider Lime or Lager at Screech Owl Brewing. Smashers Sweets & Eats has quite the spread coming. The Full Menu is available and the Special will be a BBQ Platter, 3 Bone in Ribs, Pulled Pork, Pork Candy, BBQ Peach Bourbon Baked Beans, Corn on The Cob, Coleslaw and Red Picked Onions, all for just $23.00. We are also running a special on our beer, buy one for the regular price and get the second one for the same. 😂 Fantastic Music all day long. CHEERS

Saturday is just as big...Music starts at 12 noon and goes until 8 pm with a Fantastic line up of musicians. Today is Farmers Market Day at Screech Owl-- 4 to 6. Local framers, artisans, crafters, bakers,. Freshest produce you are going to find. Kelly Lynott will be here on the Green House dining area stage from 4 to 7. Smashers is prepping an outstanding special today of Beer Battered Deep Fried Fish Sandwiches on a Spent Grain Bun with in house chips or beer battered onion rings. Full Menu available. SCREECH OWL BREWING'S award wining brews on tap, along with soft drinks to accompany your meal. Cheers
