We’re pressing pause at Bolos.

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided it’s time to take a step back, spend more time with my family, and focus on what’s next. This wasn’t an easy decision, but it feels like the right one.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Bolos over the years. Your friendships, memories, and encouragement have meant more than you know.

This isn’t goodbye, just the end of one chapter. Stay tuned… and in the meantime, come say hello at Fat Boy this summer. ❤️

Tonight is a special night for us. ❤️

After 8 long months away fighting breast cancer, Mallory is finally back behind the bar tonight. If you know her, then you already know how much energy, laughter, and heart she brings to this place. If you’ve spent any time here over the years, chances are she’s poured your drink, made you laugh, listened to your story, or brightened your night in some way.
Watching her battle through treatment with strength and grace has been incredibly inspiring. We are just really happy to have her back where she belongs.
No big event. No fanfare. Just a lot of people who care about her and are grateful she’s here.If you’re around tonight, stop in and give her a hug, a high five, or just a warm welcome back. Oh, and F*CK cancer!
