We kicked off the day with an order of 9 lobster rolls, followed by a party of 22, and finished up today’s lunch rush with a FULL HOUSE! ❤️🔥

What a way to start the week—we couldn’t ask for better!

🦪 Fresh LIVE Mussels are here at Fishermen’s Net! 🦪

Perfect for a cozy bowl of Mussels Green Curry! 😍

Easy Green Curry Mussels
🥥 1 can coconut milk
🌶️ 2–3 tbsp green curry paste
🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
🫚 1 tsp grated ginger (optional)
🦪 2 lbs fresh live mussels, cleaned
🐟 1 tbsp fish sauce
🍬 1 tsp sugar
🌿 Fresh basil or cilantro

Bring the coconut milk, curry paste, garlic, and ginger to a simmer. Add fish sauce and sugar, then toss in the mussels. Cover and cook for 5–7 minutes until they open. Finish with fresh basil or cilantro and serve with steamed jasmine rice or a crusty baguette to soak up every drop! 🍚🥖

My staff sent me these photos after a family left. I didn’t know what to say except encourage them: “Hey, they ate all the food—that means you guys served good food. You cleaned the dining room up and made it look nice again. You did a great job.”
