Walter's Cafe Opened on June 12th, 2024, prolific Maine restaurateur Walter Loeman has partnered with Dorian Lewis to open Walter’s Cafe in the Tontine Mall in Brunswick.

Walter's Cafe offers counter service breakfast and lunch, featuring many local organic farms.

This winter, Walter’s Café will offer a weekly Blue Plate Special - a complete, nourishing meal served simply and at a fair price. Each plate is thoughtfully prepared, rooted in familiar cooking, and built around seasonal ingredients that make sense in the kitchen.

The Blue Plate Special is one plate, one price, no substitutions. It changes weekly and is served until it runs out. The goal is steadiness rather than novelty: food that fills you up, warms you through the cold months, and brings people back to the table.

It is our way of offering something reliable in winter - honest food, cooked with care.
