Tomorrow, dinner can do a little more than feed the family. 💚🌮

We’re partnering with Bonham Elementary PTO for an all-day Spirit Day at Taco Casa Bryan.

Bonham PTO is raising money to help support student field trips and their upcoming Monster Bash, with a goal of raising $500 through their fundraisers. Their work supports roughly 560 students and 90 staff members.

One thing they shared with us really stood out: they want every child to feel included and have opportunities to participate, regardless of their family’s financial situation.

Tomorrow is also Bonham’s Open House & Learning Night from 5:00–6:30 PM, so let us make dinner easy.

🌮 Bonham Elementary PTO Spirit Day
📅 Thursday, October 8
⏰ 10 AM–10 PM
🚗 Dine-in or Drive-Thru

Just mention Bonham Elementary PTO when you order, and Taco Casa Bryan will donate 15% of qualifying sales back to support their PTO.

Grab lunch with us, pick up dinner before Open House, or swing through the drive-thru afterward.

Eat local. Support local kids. Help Bonham reach their goal. 💚

A little update from your Taco Casa in Bryan ❤️💛

When we took over a couple months ago, we told y’all we weren’t coming in and changing what makes Taco Casa, Taco Casa.

We just wanted to take better care of it.

Little by little, that’s exactly what we’ve been doing.

This past week was a big one. We had the dining room ceiling opened up, cleaned above it, replaced ceiling tiles, and followed it all up with a deep clean of the lobby from top to bottom.
And man... it feels good in here.
A big thank you to MGM Construction and especially Aldo and Yolanda for helping us get this project done. They’re a local company too, and we’re proud to be able to work with other local businesses as we continue putting money and work back into this store. Go give their page a follow!

There are still things on our list. There are still things we see every day that we want to fix, clean, replace, or make better. That’s probably not going to change. 😂

But when I look at that first picture and see this dining room full of families, friends, and familiar faces, that’s what makes all of it worth doing.
This isn’t some corporate store hundreds of miles away to us. We live here. Our families are here. Our employees are our neighbors, and the people walking through these doors are the community that has kept this Taco Casa here for years.

We’re going to keep taking care of it.

Thank y’all for being patient with us while we work, for noticing the little changes, for telling us when we’re getting something right, and for telling us when we’re not.
Most of all, thank you for continuing to show up.
This is Bryan’s Taco Casa. We’re proud to take care of it. ❤️🌮

It’s Taco Tuuuesday! 🥳🌮

Last year, students from Davila Middle School’s Technology Student Association did the hard part: they qualified for Nationals.

But they weren’t able to attend because the funding simply wasn’t there.

Davila TSA gives middle school students the opportunity to compete in science, technology, engineering, math, and other career-focused competitions at the regional, state, and national level. The program serves roughly 80–120 students every year, about 10% of Davila Middle School’s student body.

These opportunities come with real costs. Between competitions, travel, and other program expenses, they can work through $25,000–$40,000 in funding each year, and Nationals alone can cost more than $10,000.

This year, Texan Boost is supporting Davila TSA and working to get ahead of those costs so that if these students earn another trip to Nationals, funding hopefully won’t be what keeps them home.

And on Wednesday, September 30, we’re asking Bryan to help us show up for them. 💛

🌮 Taco Casa Bryan Profit Share
📅 Wednesday, September 30
⏰ All day, 10 AM–10 PM
🚗 Dine-in or drive-thru

All you have to do is mention that you’re here to support the Davila TSA / Texan Boost profit share when you order.

We’ll set aside 15% of qualifying sales from everyone who mentions the fundraiser and donate it back to Texan Boost in support of Davila TSA.

Come see us for lunch. Bring the family for dinner. Swing through the drive-thru on the way home.

These kids are putting in the work. Let’s help make sure they have the opportunity to go as far as that work can take them.

Please share this one. The more people who know about Wednesday, the more we can send back with them. 🌮💛

Another Taco Casa Bryan progress report. 👀

This week, we lit the place back up. 💡

ABC Electrical came out and replaced all of our exterior wall pack lights around the building. (Except those two above the drive thru; we were busy! 😅)

This probably isn’t the kind of upgrade anybody is going to get overly excited about. 😂

But it’s exactly the kind of stuff we’re talking about when we say we’re working our way through this building.

Better lighting. A brighter parking lot. A building that looks cared for when you pull up at night.

Since taking over, we’ve been tackling the big things, the little things, and a whole bunch of things that probably should’ve been handled a long time ago.

Doors. Equipment. Technology. Cleaning. Lighting. Operations. One thing at a time.

We’re nowhere near finished.

But drive by Taco Casa Bryan tonight and take a look. She’s starting to shine again. ❤️🌮

Big thank you to ABC Electrical for getting us taken care of!

What should we tackle next? 👀
