From a full week of customized prepared meal deliveries… to our final summer Club 41 dinner… to a spectacular lobster feast over the weekend, this past week was a great example of all the different ways to experience Zest.

As summer continues, we're currently welcoming a limited number of new meal delivery clients and booking:
• Intimate chef dinners
• End-of-summer gatherings
• Cocktail-style entertaining
• Early fall celebrations

And while our final Club 41 dinner of the summer season has past, planning is already underway for fall and winter experiences. Membership availability is limited, and early inquiries are now open for those who would like priority access to upcoming dinners.

Whether it's meal delivery or a private dinner party, we're passionate about helping our clients spend less time managing meals and more time enjoying life.

Spring was in full bloom at our latest Club 41 dinner — Earth’s Abundance.

The evening began with a refreshing strawberry shrub, followed by a four-course menu celebrating the best of the season’s local produce. Guests enjoyed vibrant ingredients woven throughout the menu like Blue Moon Acres pea leaves, spring greens, Cherry Belle radishes, and None Such Farm asparagus.

We were honored to welcome special guests Jim and Kathy Lyons, owners of Blue Moon Acres. Jim shared insights into regenerative farming practices and the meaningful impact sustainable agriculture has on our food, our health, and our planet.

A beautiful evening of incredible food, thoughtful conversation, and a shared appreciation for the abundance of spring.

Women in Food – Take 2 🎬

In honor of Women’s History Month, I’m celebrating some of the remarkable women shaping the food community in Bucks County and along the Delaware River.

Today I visited Nina White, Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse in Milford, NJ.

Nina’s path to farming is anything but ordinary. A professional ballerina turned regenerative farmer, she traded the stage for pastureland — channeling the same discipline, artistry, and attention to detail into crafting award-winning artisanal cheeses with her husband and business partner, Jonathan.

At Bobolink, their work is deeply connected to the land. The farm operates on a 100% grass-fed regenerative model, producing exceptional cheese, bread and meats while supporting the health of the soil, animals, and community.

Our conversation ran a little longer (about 8 minutes), but Nina shares wonderful insights about farming, food, and the passion behind what they do.

In honor of Women’s History Month, we’re celebrating the incredible women shaping the food community in Bucks County and along the Delaware River.

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Brenda Slack — farmer and owner of Milkhouse Farm Market in Newtown, PA.

Although Brenda is a fourth-generation farmer, she actually spent 10 years working as a mental health therapist before feeling the pull to return to the land. Her family has owned and farmed this property since 1813, and today Brenda continues that legacy by creating a beautiful market that connects local farmers and producers with the community.
