Dear Owner,
I am writing you to request your sponsorship and participation in the new “Find Your Marbles All Summer Fun Run”.
You may be familiar with the old find your marbles fun run that was hosted by Ernie Williams Harley Davidson. If you are not, I will give you a brief idea of what we are doing. With your sponsorship you will receive an ad in our book that will be published and available to participants starting May 1st. You will also receive a sponsorship packet that will include marbles. Our goal is to get people out and enjoy their bikes, jeeps, convertibles, and anything else they want to take a road trip in. When a participant comes into your establishment, they will present to you their participant book. Whoever is working will put a stamp in their book on your ad, then the customer draws a marble from a provided bag of marbles. Your employee will also write the marble color that was drawn on your ad. Each marble color has a different point value. The time frame for the run will be May 1 through Labor Day weekend after Labor Day weekend the books will be returned to Old Fire Liquor in Buffalo Center to have the points totaled. Sometime in October or early November we will have a party with all sponsors and participants on this night. Awards will be given to the top 3-point winners. We will pick a different establishment every year for the awards party. After expenses are all paid all proceeds will be distributed to charities, CP Foundation will be this year. Your organizers are Old Fire Liquor & Buckets Bar & Grill Buffalo Center
Adding your business to the book will be a fee of $75.
This will also get one a poster to advertise the Marble Run and FB Page
Books will cost $20 per book per person.
Books can be picked up at Old Fire Liquor, BC Hardware and Buckets Bar & Grill in Buffalo Center
