This week we're featuring: Sicilian Eggplant - Breaded eggplant sauteed in garlic & oil with our special Parmigiano sauce, topped with melted mozzarella and served with a side dish of pasta. This week's featured dish is Chicken Piccata - wonderful lightly breaded planks of delicious chicken with a buttery lemon flavor of course served with her famous garlic knots - Ooooh it's so good! Bring family and friends in for a wonderful Summer Italian meal and don't forget cheesecake for dessert with many awesome toppings including raspberry, cherry, and lemon to pick from.
