Buckeye BBQ will be pairing up with the Buffalo VFW to cook steak and rib dinners on Saturday, August 1st. Open to the public from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM.

Ribeye Dinner - $20
Rib Dinner - $20
Ribeye & Rib Dinner - $25

Dinner comes with choice of meat, french fries or baked potato, green beans or cole slaw.

This is our first time doing this so we are planning for 50 dinners. First come, first serve. If you want guaranteed a meal you can order it on this post
and pay ahead of time. We will adjust our numbers based on the number of pre-bought meals.

All proceeds will benefit the VFW 8040 Auxiliary. Come support your local veterans!!!

While taking a break from catering, I do plan to work on some new recipes. First up is smoked pizza...

1. Pulled pork, bacon, mac n cheese, yellow onions, mac sauce and bbq sauce.

2. Brisket, jalapeños, red onions, sharp cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and a bbq sauce.

I am going to need blunt and honest taste testers!!!

After a cancelation, I am open to take one event in August. You can have your choice out of Aug 8, 15 or 22. Only booking one of the 3 weekends. First come, first serve!!!

Just wrapped up 12 events for the weekend!!!

44 pork butts
950 servings of mac n cheese
300 servings of cowboy beans
300 servings of green beans
150 servings of cheesy potatoes
50 servings of burnt ends

What a weekend. Happy Memorial Day!!! Time for some rest!!!

Had the pleasure of catering the Meadowbrook Gridiron Club's "Night at the Races" for the second year in a row and let me tell you, they came to eat. First time ever running out of food!!! And I made plenty of extras.

It's one of my favorite events. Just great people coming together to raise money for kids. I'm bringing something special to next year's event to make up for running out of food. I got you Colts fans!!!

I just had a party on May 23rd, Saturday of Memorial Day weekend cancel on me. If anyone wants pulled pork, mac n cheese or cowboy beans that day, let me know. Would like to fill the smoker while I'm smoking. Let me make your Memorial Day party easy!!!

My books are now open for July - December 2027 for weddings only at this time. Jan-Jun filled up quickly so don't hesitate if you want the best BBQ around.
