Some of my favorite pics from this month. Much love and appreciation to all that show up for us. Creating Deep dish, Tavern , and Detroit style pizzas has been amazing. Impossible to grow without making mistakes and learning from them. The team is getting better each week and we thank you for the opportunity to make the best pizzas we can for you. Go Sabres!

Thank you all so much for another great weekend of making pizza for you. You continue to show up and support us and that means the world to me.
Reminder that we have tavern-style pizzas available on thursdays along with the detroit and chicago deep dish. We have all three styles on that day. We offer only detroit and chicago deep dish styles on Friday and Saturday. We will have a few new detroit style pizza options this week as we will change up the menu a bit. I will post the menu and some new photos of the specials this week.

🍀 Reuben Detroit style and some delicious Irish themed Brews. We will have these pizzas available this weekend only. The pizza has Corned Beef, Swiss Cheese, Sauerkraut, Thousand Island Sauce, Briar Brothers will Have their festive Charmed Green Beer as well as their Molly's Gate Irish Red on tap along with their large selection of other favorites.
Stop in for a taste, especially on Parade day. Here's the schedule.
Thursday- Tavern style pizza(thursdays only) along with the full menu of Detroits and Chicago deep dish.

Friday - Detroits and Chicago deep dish

Saturday(parade day)- We will just have 18" round pizzas with large slices available from 12-5. Choose from Reuben, Cheese, Cheese and Pepperoni. No detroits or Chicago deep dish Sat.
