Looking for something unique for dinner? We are proud to be currently serving some exclusive high end pork on special. You won’t find this anywhere else around town…. some beautiful bone-in Porcelet pork chops! Porcelet refers to a young milk-fed pig.

Known as cochon de lait in French, it is a highly regarded delicacy difficult to find in the US. These pigs come from a single farm in Quebec, and are fed with a very specialized milk diet only. Yorkshire breed piglets are hand fed a proprietary nutritious milk.

This creates a super succulent pork product with over 30% moisture content, compared to traditional around 17%. Very delicate, and creamy texture. The true “wagyu” of pork!

Have you tried our new 🍊 tart yet?! Delicate fresh orange flavors are paired with white chocolate, pickled blood orange, basil, almond and a creamy apricot sorbet. We are thinking good weather, and this might help! ☀️☀️

We have updated our reservation system to allow you to now book dinner reservations, at the bar! A very important part of our atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant comes from the life of the bar. 🍋🍋Sunshine, coastal breeze, mountainside lemon groves….. oh how we wish! We are trying to make it through winter just as much as you. Let us remind you of what is soon to come. Introducing our limited time only new dessert, Sorrento Lemon Meringue. All the exciting flavors of a lemon meringue pie, just with a bit of an upgrade. We are in the big leagues now! Certified Premium Japanese Wagyu Beef now available until NYE. Kuroge Wagyu from Tochigi, Japan is some of the finest Wagyu beef in the world. A-5 BMS 10-12 strip steaks are being grilled over Japanese charcoal. We decided to pair with a decadent Maine lobster tail. We are extremely excited to be able to offer this product to you. We currently also are offering American and Australian Wagyu beef on the menu. If you ever wanted to experiment in Wagyu, now is the time!! Cheers, happy holidays and happy new year!!!!

Back by popular demand… ❄️Winter Wonderland❄️ Layers of chocolate mousse, raspberry jam, and orange cream are piled on top of a chocolate sponge cake. Accompanied by gingerbread gelato and a cut out cookie that will rival Grandmas!

On the menu now until Christmas. We have some special hours this week for the holidays as well. Oliver’s will be open this Sunday 12/21, and Monday 12/22 for regular dinner service at 5PM. Cheers!! 🎄❄️
