🍖 Slow Cooker Barbequed Beef Ribs 🍖

This slow cooker beef ribs recipe includes a homemade BBQ sauce. Very, very good cooked on High for 4 hours... Even better cooked on Low for 8 hours. Serve over hot cooked rice.

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 4 hrs
Total Time: 4 hrs 10 mins
Servings: 4

Ingredients

● 1 cup water

● 1 cup ketchup

● 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste

● 3/4 cup brown sugar

● 1/2 cup vinegar

● 2 tablespoons prepared mustard

● 1 tablespoon salt

● 2 pounds beef back ribs

Directions

Prepare Sauce: Combine water, ketchup, tomato paste, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and salt in a slow cooker. Stir well to dissolve the brown sugar and salt.

Add Ribs: Place the beef back ribs into the sauce and stir to coat them evenly.

Cook: Cover the slow cooker and cook until the ribs are tender:

Low: About 8 hours
High: About 4 hours
Serve: Serve the barbequed beef ribs over hot cooked rice.
