Rolling in this afternoon with a couple crowd favorites:

🍖 Pork Belly Burn End Kebabs: smoked low and slow, glazed, stacked, and finished right
🍚 Brisket Hibachi Rice: chopped brisket, fire-kissed rice, and that Pit Love flavor all the way through

If you’ve had them before, you already know. If not, today’s the day.

This old World War 2 era tortoise kept circling around the truck looking for scraps. New bucket list is the exotic petting zoo roaming the property. Had a great time catering a family event for the U.S. Air Force. Thanks again y’all!🇺🇸
