📣 We are excited to share news from our “Coming Soon to BTX”, On The Rocks Italian Bistro, located in Old Town.

On The Rocks has announced that acclaimed chef Kent Rathbun will be joining its culinary team. Chef Rathbun is a four-time James Beard Award nominee, Iron Chef America champion, and one of Texas’ most respected culinary leaders.

Known for helping shape the North Texas dining scene, Chef Rathbun’s involvement marks an exciting milestone as On The Rocks Italian Bistro prepares to bring its vision to the Burleson community.

OTRBTX (On The Rocks Burleson, TX), the sister restaurant to the 40+ year legacy of La Bistro Italian Grill in Hurst, plans to offer something for everyone—from approachable favorites and Sunday night family dinners to upscale dining experiences and special occasions. Guests can also look forward to interactive tableside presentations and unique culinary experiences crafted by Chef Kent that will make every visit memorable.

We could not be more excited to share this news with you! Chef Kent Rathbun has officially joined our team here in Old Town Burleson!

Chef Kent has shaped the TX culinary scene for decades and having him onboard with us at On The Rocks is not only an honor to us as long time restauranteurs but a true "Get" for Burleson's growing dining scene!

We're about to Rock Burleson like never before!!
