First off, OH MY GOURD! We would like to sincerely apologize if you have sent a message or left a comment (about 60 days) and all you heard was crickets... 🦗💀🖤
The "business suite" app would not open/load and it took far longer than it should have to reach someone and get the situation absolved. Good news is we FINALLY got some answers and worked out the bugs 🤞🏻 We have not been able to accurately read messages, or haven't received some even though you sent it properly. But, we're back online and able to get notifications.

Guess who's back?! 🙌🏻 We sure hope to hear from our favorite regulars!!!! As always we are offering custom cakes, all sorts of chocolate dipped strawberries, 100% chocolate custom sculpted skulls, cupcakes, breakable heart/chocolate boxes, etc... with a few new exciting options: Candied grapes/strawberries, gourmet chocolate bars, strawberries wrapped in cake then chocolate dipped... honestly if you can think of something chances are we can make your ingenious idea a reality! Hello, our delicious friends! Hoping a yummy and loving 2025 to you all! I know it's been a while since you've heard from us, but life tends to throw curve balls that make us take a step back to recalibrate. We appreciate your love and understanding. 🫶🏻

We have good and less good news to start the new year. Let's rip off the bandaid first...
Cruel Confections, sadly, will no longer be able to do small orders. Smash cakes, regular birthday, small order cupcakes & cake pops, etc... Unfortunately, after going over the cost, TIME, & love put into these fun projects, we are only paying ourselves at most $8 a hour and as low as .50 a hour because of the time it takes to make sculpted chocolate pieces and alllll the small details in each piece, drawing out of chocolate, handmade buttercream & fillings, etc, etc, etc....
However, we will still be taking on the occasional large order. That includes weddings, Quinceaneras, anniversaries, large birthday orders, or any miscellaneous orders over $500+. We sincerely apologize for any sad faces, but that's how I fell after spending sooo much time & effort yet not being able to make a living off of the craft I love with all my soul. That's where the good news comes in...
Cruel Confections is thrilled to announce our sister company: "Skull Lovin Beach"! Skull Lovin Beach dives into the world of all art mediums: Clay, epoxy, mixed media, custom paintings, graffiti art, candles, ETC! More information and a page will be launched within the next 4 weeks, and we couldn't be more excited to share the expansion of our art universe with you!! We look forward to taking any idea bouncing around in that skull of yours and turning it into YOUR reality!

🌻🦋 A VERY sweet & thoughtful woman (whom we adore) wanted to surprise her friend with a cake all about her! Sometimes, the people we love go through difficult times in life.... and CAKE is always a tasty solution for a few smiles!

🎂 6", 5-layer Vanilla Bean cake with Cherry filling& Vanilla buttercream. A partial, chocolate ganache drip, edible gold leaf and hand painted edible gold edging complete this adorable cake!

🖤🌻 All Sunflowers (except large faux ones), butterflies & age are edible! All are either hand drawn/sculpted out of chocolate or sugar wafer.

confident, comfortable being the center of attention, drama-adoring, ambitious, loyal, fiercely protective, generous, luxury-loving, sunny, and big-hearted fire sign. 🔥

🎂 8", 2-layer heart sculpted Almond cake, with a fudge brownie ganache and raspberry filling. Vanilla buttercream on the outside with a green chocolate ganache drip.

💙🍍 SpongeBob™️ Breakable heart box with custom chocolate dipped oreos & pretzel rods. INSIDE: Giant Crabby Patties, assorted spongebob gifts, gummy fish, chocolate shells, etc... (pictures in comments)

🎀💍 Love is sweet!! This beautiful couple picked a romantic, rustic theme, and it was gorgeous!!
🎂 2-Tier, 8" 2-layer bottom with a 6", 3-layer top.
💗 Entire cake was traditional Almond Wedding cake. Bottom tier had a raspberry buttercream filling. Top had a fruit raspberry filling. The sides of each layer were covered in dark chocolate.
💧Partial ganache drips were pink colored chocolate, hand painted with edible gold luster. Real, edible gold leaf finish off this simple yet elegant cake. Congratulations!! 🫶🏻
