The Evolution of Revolution….
We are so excited to finally present our new menu. It was created with mindfulness, joy and love.
In addition to focusing on flavor and diversity we are committed to organic ,local, sustainability, ethically sourced products and practices.
Of the 13 dishes on our menu we are offering 6 vegan , 11 vegetarian and have expanded the menu to include 2 pescatarian dishes .

Hi, we’re Karen and Madison (mother and daughter). We’re so excited to be the new caretakers of Revolution Kitchen! We’re taking a couple months to get settled in town, welcome a new baby to the family and prepare the space for reopening.
We have roots in the restaurant business (it’s in our DNA). I spent the better part of my childhood running around in my moms restaurants. We’re originally from New Jersey but have resided in Florida for 17 years where we’ve owned an ice cream shop for the last 10. I can’t wait to share my homemade vegan ice cream with you !
My mom has over 20 years of experience and found her niche in creating quirky, charismatic dishes with sustainably fresh and organic locally grown ingredients.
We look forward to carrying on in the wonderful space Debra and Peter have created.
We cannot wait to meet everyone and start our next chapter in Vermont at Revolution Kitchen.
We will keep you updated on our progress .

As many of you have seen in we have sold Revolution Kitchen to a wonderful woman who will continue to love and feed our wonderful community! Little Lucy once knew the taste of tears, but she has moved on to a much happier season of her life since coming to AHOD. Now this gorgeous girl is an energetic sweetheart with a beautiful spirit! We estimate she is just a little over a year old and weighs in the mid-50s. Like all our poopas, she has been spayed and microchipped, and is UTD on all her flea/tick/heartworm prevention.

We can transport Lucy to the front door of the right adopter almost anywhere in the continental US & southern Ontario for no additional charge over our usual adoption fee of $150.
