My Cup of Tea is an adorable tea room in an older home right in the heart of Burlington, Wa. Our lunch menu features a choice of salads, quiche, delicious soups, finger sandwiches, and full sandwiches as well. Our tearoom menu offers various levels of tea from the Queen's Tea that includes champagne, soup or salad, finger sandwiches, scones and desserts to an afternoon refreshment of just scones o

r desserts and tea. We currently offer over 40 delicious, aromatic, premium loose leaf teas. We're not just a place for a special occasion, we are a special place for any occasion!

Very different Mother’s Day this year! It was very nice to be the one served this year, I can’t lie😂 Dave and I took our mothers to a nice lunch and otherwise had a restful day! The tea room was always a place to celebrate all the beautiful mommas out there! I wanted to come on here and make sure to tell all you mammas a Happy Mothers Day! Being a mother is hard and beautiful and meaningful! Praying you all felt loved and appreciated today❤️❤️

Today we started our anniversary weekend! We stayed local ish this year! First stop was Port Gamble out near Hood Canal. Adorable historic town with fun shops. Guess what we happened upon??? A lovely tea room that took us as a walkin! I had no idea there was a tea room and it was such a delight! Want to make a day trip or happen to be in the area definitely worth the trip 🥰 Look at the pictures for the name! Hope you are all doing well!❤️❤️

Crew for our last day! My appreciation for my staff runs deep! Missing a few important ladies. Cindi, Karsen, and Kymber you are appreciated and loved!

I plan to take a few weeks off. We then will probably have a “garage sale” mid January and Hopefully by March have a cookbook!! So a few exciting things to watch for!

I hope and pray the Christmas spirit is alive in you!❤️ My absolute favorite holiday. Not because of gifts but of time spent together, memories made, traditions kept.🎄 We have felt blessed to be a part of your memories and traditions over the years!
The reservations have been pouring in. Thank you for blessing us in this way! Please remember to be kind to the staff while I do expect to be busy in these last few weeks. This week we are very close to full and will be shutting down the online reservations. Please also remember that we will be serving our afternoon tea menu only this month! We are so excited to see everyone and say farewell ❤️

Volunteers found! Thanks to all who offered💗

Looking for a volunteer or two for Saturday early morning!! We have committed to make and donate finger sandwiches for a wonderful cause! Christiansons nursery is hosting a tea where the proceeds go to Camp Korey! We committed to this long ago and are now short staffed. Anyone want to come assemble 450 finger sandwiches at 7am Saturday morning? Email me at [email protected] if you feel led to help! So thankful for our community ❤️

The Old Town Grainery Tea Room is a relaxing, warm, cozy spot in an early 1900s historical granary building located in downtown Mount Vernon, WA. Our lunch menu features a choice of salads with dressings freshly made, quiche, delicious soups, and finger sandwiches. Our tearoom menu offers various levels of tea from the Queen's Tea that includes salad, quiche, finger sandwiches, scones and desserts to an afternoon refreshment of just scones or desserts and tea. EVERYTHING PREPARED IN HOUSE! We currently offer over 40 delicious, aromatic high end teas. We love having children enjoy a tearoom experience. We do ask that inside voices be used and they remain in their seats. We have many wonderful antiques and collectibles that are a temptation for little hands. :-) We're not just a place for a special occasion, we are a special place for any occasion!
