Come find your spot under an umbrella at Roland’s Bar — opening tonight at 5! Our seasonal outdoor bar opens when the weather is fair, and thank goodness we’re lookin’ good this fine Saturday. Live music from Richard Banks & Friends starts around 5:30.

Don’t forget, you can grab a bite to eat outside and not miss a beat. Roland’s offers a separate menu straight from our Smok-o-Motive: hot dogs, ribs, brisket, wings, and more summer favorites.

Another Roland’s night looks to be rained out, folks, but the good news is we’ve got a cozy spot inside just for you.

Are you looking for a hearty, comforting meal at the Old Ray? It’s open 4-8pm tonight with a lovely Italian Herb Baked Salmon on special! Or maybe you’d prefer an evening tucked into a cozy bar corner listening to live music. Well, the The Washroom Bar is the place, with live music from Old Sap starting at 8.

The sun is out this fine Friday, and we’re hopeful for a great weekend here at the NuWray!

At the Old Ray, we’re featuring a Baked Brown Sugar Salmon over Italian Polenta special all weekend — it’s got that sweet/saltiness that’ll have you coming back for more. Dinner happens Fridays and Saturdays from 4–8pm.

Outside at Roland’s, we’ll have some great music going (as long as the weather cooperates)!
Friday @ 5:30 — Cody Fair Music
Saturday @ 5:30 — Ghost Mountain Lightning
Sunday @ 2 — Orion's Mystery Band
And don’t forget The Washroom Bar, open Fri–Sat 6–11. It’s a great place to duck into if the heat is too much, the lines too long, or the music’s too loud for you. 😉

Rain strikes again! Unfortunately, we’re closing Roland’s for the evening, but lucky for you, there are still great ways to make a fine evening at the NuWray:

🍽️ Enjoy dinner at the Old Ray from 4–8, featuring our Red Snapper Veracruz special
🫧 Have a cozy drink and snack in the The Washroom Bar starting at 6pm, with live music from The Carolina Rhythm Stompers around 9pm
🍻 Catch Prime Rib Night at Carriage House Sundries, serving dinner from 5–9pm

🌞 We've got a summery dinner special at the Old Ray this weekend! 🌞

Red Snapper Veracruz — Served over white rice, and topped with a bright mix of cherry tomatoes, olives, pickled jalapenos, onions, capers, garlic & oregano. Dinner is served 4–8pm on Fridays and Saturdays, so come on through and get this special while it lasts!

Let dinner at the Old Ray be your starting point for a great evening of entertainment. We've got live music outside at Roland's, and the Washroom stays open late for your wind-down night cap.

Happy Independence Day weekend! Come see us at the NuWray while you’re out enjoying the festivities in downtown Burnsville.

🎆The Old Ray restaurant, Washroom Bar, and Carriage House Sundries will be open with normal hours all weekend
🎇Roland’s is opening at 3pm both Friday and Saturday, so you can keep yourself refreshed in this heat! We have strawberry lemonade on special!
🧨LIVE MUSIC at Roland’s also! Orion's Mystery Band on Friday, GypsyRiver Band on Saturday, and the ShooBees on Sunday afternoon.

The weather had other plans today… Roland’s Bar will NOT be open today (Sunday, 6/28) as planned. We’ll see you Carriage House Sundries instead, which is open 10-3 for brunch, and 5-9 for dinner!
