MD customers: There is an outage affecting LEONARDTOWN, PATUXENT RIVER, LEXINGTON PARK, GREAT MILLS, CALIFORNIA & surrounding areas due to damage to Breezeline's fiber facilities. Crews are working now to complete the necessary splicing repairs. Please note, the repair of fiber optics is a very complex and time-consuming process. We know our customers depend on Breezeline services, so we regret the inconvenience this has caused and we thank you for your patience.

For all those on our page, in case you didn’t know we have leased the business and restaurant. They have made improvements and worked to reopen as a new restaurant called Opie and KDs Dockside Grill. Quade’s Store is private property and is closed until further notice. Please do not do any of the following without permission: park (there is a very clear sign stating where public parking ends), use the pier for any purpose, climb the locked fence, jump off the riprap or use the beach. This is all private property and there are risks involved that for people who do not know the tide, depth and topography which could pose severe injury to their person. Any activities performed on our property is at your own risk. Note: This does not apply to the very limited people I have given prior permission to park in our lot or fish on the pier. Missing your 10 ounce? Stocking last night I found a hidden treasure in the bottom of the beer cooler, two ice cold delicious Bud Light 10 ounce cans. My first inclination was to rip one open and guzzle, but then I thought, I know some people who would pay a pretty penny for this nectar of the Gods. So we will be auctioning them off today just prior to the scavenger hunt to benefit the Rescue Squad. I also uncovered two 10 ounce Ultra, so won’t leave you low carb lovers out of the bidding. 1:30 and a fistful of cash and you can enjoy what we are all severely missing with the aluminum shortage. This Saturday we will open at 1:00 p.m. The 7D Rescue Squad Auxiliary will be on hand to host the scavenger hunt. Since it’s later in the year and temps are cooler, they are allowing vehicles to play along as well. It’s a super fun event for a great cause. We will be serving a very limited menu (cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, crabcakes or fried shrimp w/ fries or kettle chips). There will also be a basket of cheer and pull tabs to benefit the squad. Please come support those who support you when in need. Hope to see you! 🚑🙂🙏❤️

This is an extremely difficult post. Due to Covid restrictions and the state of affairs, we have decided it is not realistic to remain open for the foreseeable future. We will have regular hours this weekend and will be closed thereafter. We are regrouping and brainstorming how to make the Quade legacy continue to operate and serve our community. We welcome your input in a constructive manner. It is devastating to our family and staff and we hope you will be considerate in your comments.

We will be open Saturday, September 19th for the 7th District Rescue Squad Boat Scavenger Hunt. This event was scheduled and is an annual event and we wanted to honor our commitment.

We sincerely and deeply appreciate everyone’s support and we will miss you and look forward to providing even better service in the future. 🙂❤️🙏🇺🇸
