Friday is here and we starting another week of specials for you!

We decided to get this summer started with BBQ! So today, We have an Apricot Bbq Smoked Beef, shaved thin, and Smoked Sausage Sandwich! Matt took it low and slow all day yesterday to bring this special treat together for y’all! It has a Citrus Slaw, Basil Pesto Aioli, Cheddar Jack Cheese and Pickled Pineapple.

Boy, do we have something special for you!! If you missed out on our Chilean specials this past week, then let me introduce you to the wrap of the day!
We have a Chilean marinated Steak and Pomme Frites wrap. Spencer then took some mixed greens and tossed them in our Chipotle Mayo, Cheddar Jack Cheese, Caramelized Onions, Red Peppers, Pickled Red Onions and threw in Easy Eggs for good measure. It has the spice for your life, as well as the rich goodness of Chile to fuel you for your day!

Tuesdays here and we are back at it again! Summer is around the bend and with temperatures rising, we are starting to lean into some of our favorite styles of cooking, Southern and Bbq.
So for today’s sandwich special we have a Carolina Watermelon Bbq Pot Roast wrap! We stuffed it with Blood Orange and Jalapeño Corn Bread, Mixed Greens tossed in Avocado Vinaigrette, Provolone Cheese and Chipotle Mayo.
