This week we are serving up: Fajita Bowls and Burritos!! This bowl or tortilla is filled with Black or Pinto beans and rice, sautéed bell peppers and onions, fresh cut lettuce, Pico de Gallo, Guacamole, and Cotija cheese. Starts at only $12.50, add your favorite meat(s) to make it extra hearty!

Chef also whipped up some Green Chicken Posole for this week's sopa! This chicken based soup features all of the flavor without the heat of our red pozole and includes yellow hominy with all-natural chicken breast. Finished with cabbage, red onion, and cilantro!! Grab your 16oz for only $7.50!

Good Morning Butte America! We are back with some awesome permanent menu improvements this week...

**6 NEW MENU OPTIONS ADDED PERMANENTLY**
**SOUP IS GLUTEN FREE**

We have finally implemented some long overdue menu improvements! These are mainly centered around community demand, and focus on our promise to bring you new and exciting dishes while NOT raising our prices, a promise we made when we decided we were going to close.

Just to clear that up really quick: We will be closing La Sirena at the end of the year or whenever or building sells. We plan to serve during our regular scheduled hours until one of these two things happens.

In the mean time, we will be working to bring you everything we possibly can. We understand what this food means to some, we feel the love that only this community can bring. We are still here because we do love that so many of you regularly come and say hi, bring us rocks, or simply come by to grab a quick meal. We appreciate y'all!

Our new menu items are more detailed in our previous post, so I won't bore you with all the details here. The new items are: Taco Super Box, Queso Nachos, Nachos con Todo, full size Quesadilla, 1/2 sized Burrito, and 1/2 sized Green Chile Pork Chimichanga plate.

Chef also made her favorite sopa this week: Posole Rojo. This pork based soup features nixtamalized heirloom corn (hominy) and chunks of pork shoulder stewed in a medley of red peppers. Grab yourself a 16oz for only $7.50!

We are going to try to keep up this week, please give us your patients as we try and get a handle on the ex*****on of these new dishes as this will be an entirely new workflow.

New items:

Super box - 4 Tacos w/ rice and beans

Queso Nachos - Tortilla chips slathered in queso, topped with pico de gallo

Nachos con Todo - Tortilla chips slathered in queso and chile verde, topped with rice, pinto, and black beans, pico de gallo, and served with sour cream and jalapeños on the side

Quesadilla - Large homemade flour tortilla stuffed with cheese and grilled to perfection

1/2 sized Burrito - medium homemade flour tortilla with half the amount of filling as the regular sized burrito

1/2 size Chimi plate - medium homemade flour tortilla, stuffed with half the green chile pork, and fried. Served with your choice of black beans or pinto beans and rice

We will not be running a weekly special this week as we will be trying to get a handle on executing these new items.

Good Morning Butte America!! Happy Third of July!!!

We are steadily prepping everything for our breakfast this morning (this place smells incredible). We will get going at 9am!

We are closed after our breakfast service today and will remain closed until our next regular scheduled service day. We will be debuting our new permanent menu additions and improvements next week, due to adding new menu items we will not be running a weekly special just so we can get our bearing with the additions.

This Wednesday and Thursday we are running a brand new special: Pork Molé Fries! These waffle cut fries are topped with refried beans, saucy Pork Molé (fried pork shoulder, stewed in peppers), shredded Colby cheese, fresh cut cilantro and red onion. Grab these ones before they're gone, only $16.50!!

Chef also made some Chicken Tortilla Sopa for our soup lovers! This sopa is chicken based featuring black beans, yellow corn, tomatoes, and chunks of all-natural chicken, topped with cheese and served with crunchy tortilla strips for topping. This one can be ordered gluten free, without the crunchy tortilla strips! Grab yourself a 16oz for only $7.50!!

Also, it's a new month and you know what that means... New Cheesecake!!! This months flavor is one that I've personally watched "non-cheesecake" folks change their minds completely: Mango Raspberry! This scratch made cheesecake starts as graham crackers baked into a crust and filled with Vanilla cheesecake, and has house made raspberry jam and mango compote swirled throughout. Topped with house-made whipped cream and a fresh raspberry! Grab a slice for only $5!!!

Finally, we are doing a BREAKFAST service on FRIDAY, 3 July!! We will open at 9am and serve until 1pm, and close immediately following our breakfast service and remain closed on the 4th of July. We will return Wednesday, 8 July at 11am with our brand new PERMANENT menu updates and improvements (will post when installed) that are guaranteed to please!!!

Good Afternoon Butte America!

First and foremost, this is our finalized menu for our breakfast, scheduled 9am-1pm, 3 July. We will close at 1 and return the following Wednesday at 11 am.

When we return, you will see some menu improvements that are GUARANTEED to make a lot of y'all happy. We have been trying to find ways to add more to our robust menu, and have settled on some meaningful changes.

Finally, these ladies work their butts off, week in and week out, spending countless hours prepping and cooking some really amazing dishes. We made it through the nomination round for Best of Montana for distinctly Montana magazine, an award these two brought home to Butte in 2023. Since this is their last year, I would love if you could take a second to go and vote for them in the best Mexican food category. It would mean the world to them to bring home this title one last time.

Good Morning Butte America!! We are back to our roots this week...

This week is a request fulfilled: Traditional Burrito or Bowl!! Large flour tortilla or bowl filled with Spanish rice, refried beans, Colby cheese, guacamole, crema, and crispy corn tortilla strips. Starts at only $11, but you can add meat(s), make it Cali-style, and/or smother it in Red or Green Enchilada sauce for an additional charge.

Chef also made a brand new soup this week... Introducing: Posole de Res! This beef based soup features large chunks of chuck roast and nixtamalized heirloom corn (hominy) set in a medley of red peppers. Topped with fresh cut cabbage, cilantro, and red onion. Grab yourself a 16oz for only $7.50!!

**SOUP IS GLUTEN-FREE**

This week we're serving: Tacos Dorados! These folded taquitos are stuffed with Spicy Potato and shredded chicken, then fried. Topped with Avocado Crema, Salsa Verde, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, and Cotija cheese! Sold as 3 taquitos for only $12!!!

Chef also made some Caldo de Pollo for this weeks Sopa! This sopa starts as a mirepoix and has house made chicken stock added, then filled with potatoes, green beans, yellow corn, and chunks of chicken. Grab yourself a 16oz for only $7.50!

For those who read beyond the pictures: We have been struggling how to handle the 3rd of July this year, but I believe we have the solution... Our plan is to run like normal for the 1st and 2nd of July, but run a breakfast on the morning of 3rd! We will be closed on Saturday the 4th, but we figured we might as well do something extravagant for our favorite folks!! More to come, wanted to get a heads up out here early enough for you to plan!
