France is our country this week! 🇫🇷
And we are very excited about this beautiful dinner feature!

Main: airline chicken breast marinated and slow roasted with fresh herbs. Served over a garlic potato mash. A side of herbed carrots and mushrooms topped with a beautiful shallot mustard cream sauce pulls the ensemble together for a heavenly dish 😃

Salad: baby arugula, carrot ribbons, sumac shallots, fresh blackberries and dried herbed goat cheese balls dressed with our house orange shallot dressing. 😍

Dessert: chocolate filled mini beignet drizzled with a dark chocolate sauce. 😋

We look forward to seeing everyone out and about on this beautiful day!

Family dinner photo dump!! Once again I have been slacking on taking and posting pictures of our weekly family dinner. This one goes back a couple months. Lordy.

We have had many visits from friends. A couple of our regulars have made us dinner and a few fun food tastings for the upcoming change of menu at The Wine Cellar soon to be Saffron Lounge!!!

Thank you to the most amazing team a women could ask for. We’ve lost some team members and gain some over the past couple months; and a special thank you to Maci and Cam for always being there in every possible way.

Join us this evening and try an amazing fusion of flavors! We have to worn you tho, you must be prepaid to be transported across oceans 🌊

Chicken tandoori Arayes:
Tandoori seasoned ground chicken served in a grilled pita bread drizzled with a cilantro lime creama, add a drizzle of pomegranate molasses and we have a dish made for kings and queens 😍
Served with a side salad of sumac shallots, baby arugula and carrot ribbons. Dressed with our orange shallot dressing.

The weekend is upon us and we are very excited for nicer weather and longer days!

Call us today before you leave work and we will have dinner ready for a quiet dinner at home with friends and family, an adventure by the water or a lovely picnic in the park.
Takeaway orders are usually ready in 20 minutes, depending on how busy we are.

The week is escaping us but our Peruvian dinner feature is proving to be a big hit!
Lomo saltado (Peruvian stir fry) has become a favorite in a single day.

Join us this week for an amazing Peruvian adventure 🇵🇪

Main- Lomo Saltado.
Skirt steak and bell peppers sautéed to perfection in a beautifully flavored sauce; served with a side of white rice and French fries. We topped this fun competition with our house cilantro- lime crema.

Salad- Baby arugula, sumac shallots and a choice of tomato or carrot ribbons dressed with our always favored orange dressing.

Dessert- A lovely dark cherry, chocolate chip cookie (supplied by Yellowstone Foods) nestled into pistachio ice cream and a drizzle of Carmel sauce.
