France is our country this week! π«π·
And we are very excited about this beautiful dinner feature!
Main: airline chicken breast marinated and slow roasted with fresh herbs. Served over a garlic potato mash. A side of herbed carrots and mushrooms topped with a beautiful shallot mustard cream sauce pulls the ensemble together for a heavenly dish π
Salad: baby arugula, carrot ribbons, sumac shallots, fresh blackberries and dried herbed goat cheese balls dressed with our house orange shallot dressing. π
Dessert: chocolate filled mini beignet drizzled with a dark chocolate sauce. π
