Well the Spring Pec Thing was a success for the New Food Truck/Trailer on the block! This event will likely be on repeat for Smoking F Tacos! It was a great crew to work with and everyone was super helpful to us! Hats off to the Winnebago County Fairgrounds crew! We will see you all again soon!

Can't wait for the Winnebago County Fair in August!
