On Sundays we eat breakfast burritos and binge our favorite streaming series. Bacon and chorizo with eggs, salsa Fresca, and cheddar cheese rolled in a flour tortilla. Includes Spanish rice with pinto beans or refried beans.

We love breakfast. We love nachos. We love breakfast nachos. Our chilaquiles start with homemade tortilla chips topped with scrambled eggs, ortega chile, onion, and roasted tomatillo salsa, then topped with avocado, green onion, cilantro, sour cream, salsa fresca and quest fresco.
