What a memorable evening! ✨

Four Chefs Catering had the pleasure of creating and serving a custom five-course dinner for a wonderful bachelorette celebration. It was an honor to help make such a special night one to remember.

🍽 The Menu

✨ Appetizer
Seared scallops finished with a silky lemon beurre blanc.

🥣 Soup
Creamy seafood chowder, topped with house-made chive oil.

🥗 Salad
Artisan mixed greens with shaved Brussels sprouts, radishes, leeks, cashews, and our Michigan maple apple vinaigrette.

🐟 Entrée
Hand-breaded perch served with garlic aioli, bacon cheddar mashed potatoes, and sautéed seasonal vegetables.

🍪 Dessert
The bride’s favorite—cookie dough ice cream paired with a warm, freshly baked cookie.

Our team at Four Chefs Catering had the honor of being part of a beautiful wedding celebration, serving a delicious meal to family and friends on a day filled with joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

Tonight, Four Chefs Catering had the pleasure of providing an intimate in-home plated dinner in Grand Haven.

🥗 First Course
Caprese Salad featuring marinated mozzarella, organic tomatoes, fresh basil, and a balsamic reduction.

🥩 Entrée
Grilled Beef Tenderloin topped with a rich red wine demi-glacé and caramelized onion jam, served alongside creamy risotto and maple bourbon glazed organic tri-color carrots.

🍨 Dessert
Bananas Foster served warm over premium vanilla ice cream.
