Hello there friends. I know it's been a while. Life got busy and crazy after foot surgery.

Just wanted to pop in and show you what I'm up to today for my daughter's 10th birthday!

My throw together meal tonight made in the instantpot. Jax said "mom I LIKE IT!" So I need to remember this one.

I threw in (in this order)...

1lb ground beef browned
1 cup diced onions
1 box rigatoni
1 quart beef stock
1 jar of spaghetti sauce of your choice
A bunch of garlic
Salt and pepper
1 block of cream cheese

Do not mix. PC for 5 minutes and then release pressure. Stir and serve.

Birthday girl woke up sick and we had to cancel the party with all her friends. But I still decorated and set it up so she could try to enjoy her day anyway.

Here's her Narwhal cake and "sea sponge" cakes and all of her themed food I came up with for her Under the Sea 9th birthday party.
