Portion Control, What’s that? How many times have you been to an eating establishment, and left feeling like the quality of the food didn’t quite hit the mark, and the portion of food you received was totally inadequate.

At Timberland Smokehouse BBQ, we’ve adopted a different philosophy “Give em what they want, plenty of it, and they’ll be back.” We want to hear from you!

Coming soon (April 1, 2023) located in the parking lot north of Chesaldine Car Wash in California, Maryland. Smoked Baby Back Ribs, Smoked Brisket, Smoked Texas Style Links, Smoked Chicken Quarters, Smoke Pulled Pork, Stacked Sandwiches, and of course all the side dishes. The trailer will be open on Saturday, and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. or until we're sold out. Can't wait to see you there!
