Announcement š£ We've shared our staff bios with you, now let's find out how Juice Buzz started & who's behind it's upcoming expansion! Yes, I said expansion š¤ I, Jeanette (in the barrel š), got really sick around 2017. A handful of auto immune diagnoses were thrown at me. So I did my own research & started taking the holistic route. I completely changed the way I ate & began juicing. What a game changer! But that's a story for another day. Shortly after, my newfound passion for healing naturally pushed me to start juicing for friends & family. Word got out & BAM before I knew it, I was extremely busy & couldn't keep up. I bit the bullet, quit my job, & went all in!
A few yearsāand a lot of hustlingālater, I found myself at Blue Wind Gourmet, looking to wholesale juice through their space. I asked to speak with the owner, & out came Dana Rebarchick. Before I could even pitch, she said, āIāve been meaning to email youāIād love to talk about a possible partnership.ā Ummm, no-brainer! That was April of 2024. As it turns out, Danaāa well-known local entrepreneur in the food sceneāhad also been dreaming up her own version of Juice Buzz years earlier. (Go figureā¦ we were meant to cross paths.) Sheād put the idea on the back burner during COVID, but the vision was still alive.
Beyond her hands-on experience running restaurants, Dana brings serious wellness credentials to the table: a BS in Business, a Masterās in Nutrition & Integrative Health, and certification as a Functional Health Coach. With her deep-rooted passion for healthy living & my experience in juice and wellness, we instantly clicked. That summer, we opened our first Juice Buzz storefront in Solomonsāright in front of Bunkyās, who we love dearly & are forever grateful to for welcoming us into the community.
AND NOW...DRUM ROLL PLEASE š„ WE ARE SUPER EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE.....JUICE BUZZ IS JOINING THE BEAUTIFUL LADIES OF THE PATUXENT PLAZA SHOPPING CENTER!!! We will be right next door to š We are still under construction. But trust, we are counting down the moments until we can open the doors for all of you š
