Prep cook for Pizza restaurant. 30 plus hours. Strong Kitchen Skills Required.
Knowledge of Health and Safety Standards.

Learn the skills to make some of the best Pizza Dough in the state!

Additional duties:
Baking Bread
Veggie Prep
Making Salad Dressings and Dips
Keeping Prep Area Clean and Tidy
Ensure all food and other items are properly labeled and stored (FIFO)
Prepare and stock the day's ingredients for each station.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Throwback Thursday tonight! We will be showing Cool Runnings tonight at 7pm inside the new Camas Brewing Taproom. $4 dollar Camas brewing beers all night!

Camas Slices is the new Pizza Joint going into downtown Camas. We are a NY style pizzeria that celebrates making our product from scratch. We are in need of a prep cook as we prepare to open our doors!

Hours of work 30-40 Hours a week
6am to 12pm

What we are looking for in a candidate:

A Self Motivated person for Dough Production for a busy pizzeria

Prepping items for use on the pizza and salad production line.

Using extensive knife skills for mise en place

Keeping track of inventory and complete order sheets for purveyors.

Requirements
Cooking experience is a must.
Pizzeria Experience is preferred
