Bob’s red mill All Purpose 1-1 blend has never done me wrong…until (of course) I started using it to make things to sell! 🤦‍♀️

Focaccia and rolls will stay off the menu ‘til I can fix the problem and get consistent fluffy, good chew and amazing flavor from a new blend!
