A rich caramel milkshake swirled with brownie pieces, served in a caramel-drizzled cup with a chocolate pretzel rim. Topped with whipped cream, our signature salted caramel brownie, a caramel stroopwafle, salted caramel Ghirardelli chocolate square, a soft caramel, salted caramel drizzle on top, and more crushed pretzels!
