Hot sauce is ready for the North Branch Arts Fest 2023 tomorrow! It's a limited run long ferment this year (everything went at least a month). When it's gone, it's gone!
Unfortunately for the 'ketchup is spicy' folks, our super mild peppers didn't produce a flavor that we enjoyed (think weird ketchup), so the mildest is our jalapeño lime. The good news for heat lovers/sadistic gifters is our Pompeii (pictured below) got an upgraded blend that includes Carolina Reaper, Primotalii, and other 1-2 million+ SHU peppers.
