☀️ Fun Under the Sun is back — starting this Monday, July 6!

Every Monday and Wednesday throughout July, Cambridge youth are invited to join us for free lunch and a different sport or activity at a Summer Food park location. No registration or experience needed!

🗓️ This week:

July 6: Field Day at Sennott Park (305 Broadway) — potato sack races, relay races, obstacle courses, a giant parachute, and more!
July 8: Kickball at Donnelly Field (61 Willow St.)

Open to Cambridge youth ages 18 and under. Mondays and Wednesdays, 12:30–2:00 p.m., July 6–29.

We know you've heard "drink more water" before, but during extreme heat, it genuinely makes a difference. 💧 Aim for 2 to 4 glasses an hour, bring a bottle with you wherever you go, and skip the alcohol and sugary drinks if you can this weekend. Small things add up. Stay hydrated, Cambridge!
