The Cambridge Cobb Salad, captured so beautifully in its essence by 📸 What started as a summer special ended up being a year round offering. Greens from blue cheese from .creamery our house made spice mix on the chicken and all of the other gifts from the earth make for a nourishing vibrant salad! We love making these :)

My friend Trista with and I have something exciting coming up…

We’ve experienced how much the energies of the universe have shaped the lives we love, and discussed how powerful it would have been to learn these skills so much earlier in life.

We have seen firsthand through energy healing sessions on children that it gives them a more calm and positive outlook on life. We want to share these tools with kids and their parents to use at home and in a tangible way that kids will understand.

From there, we’ve created a series of classes called Energy Work For Kids!

These will be held once a month at in Cambridge, WI. Come to one or come to all six! The intention is to help families manage their energies in different ways, removing triggers, fears, stress, and negativity from life events, and making way for neutrality and positivity in these situations instead. We want to create empowerment in realizing their own important gifts and learning that they don’t need to feel helpless when they’re overwhelmed.

Classes currently include:

💫 Releasing and Removing Your Emotions and Fears - Sunday, July 26th from 3:30-5:00pm

💫 Learn to Manifest by Using Your Imagination - Sunday, August 16th from 3:30-5:00pm

💫 Cultivating and Protecting Positive Energy - Sunday, September 20th from 3:30-5:00pm

💫 Learning to Use Your Intuition - Date TBD

💫 Positive Energy in Healthy Food Choices - Date TBD

💫 Keeping the Play Room and Bedroom Clutter-Free - Date TBD
