We've been busy in the kitchen dreaming up some delicious new reasons to stop by Mad River Coffee House this summer!

- Polynesian Chicken with a sweet-and-tangy kick. Crispy chicken tossed in a house sweet and sour sauce w/ pickles, jalapenos, and arugula on a Brioche.
- Falafel Smash Wrap packed with flavor. Topped with lettuce, tomato, and pickled onions.
- Black & Blue Grilled Cheese featuring our house-made blueberry & blackberry goat cheese, spinach, cheddar, and bacon on your choice of bread.
