Hello Everyone, I just want to share with you all that we are starting an online business called De'Boutique Co


We ran a successful food truck business for 5 years. In 2020 the global pandemic took a toll on our business and then in January of 2021 I contracted COVID-19 and well, let's just say I'm very thankful to be here today. COVID may have changed my plans but it can't take away my entrepreneurial spirit! I'm feeling good, in a happy place and excited to be doing something creative again.

We are 100% women owned.

Valued customers, Friends & Family,

I had high hopes of finishing out the 2021 food truck season, but like most businesses running a food truck requires a great deal of physical and mental strength and at this time I am just not up to it. 42 days in the hospital battling COVID has brought many challenges, but it's also put things back into perspective and at this time, health and well-being are a top priority.

After sincere thought and consideration, we've decided to set our sights on new goals and we will be permanently closing the food truck. We wish to express our sincere gratitude to you; our loyal customers, event organizers, the food truck community, friends & family for your support on this great journey. The last 5 years certainly would not have been possible without you. Don't worry, this is not the end of the road for The Latin Flair, just a change in direction. So, please, stay tuned for updates on what we're up to next.

Are you craving a hot Cubano sandwich? If so, you’re at the right place! The Latin Flair started up in September 2016 bringing our Latin Flair to the Columbus, OH area.

Who are we?

Debbie Contreras – La Jefe! Founder, Owner, Manager, Head Cook, the boss (or so she thinks!) She was born in Texas and raised in Chicago and has spent the last 30 years right here in Columbus. She’s quite the socialite, so there is a very good chance you know her. Debbie traded in her corporate job in 2015 for a wild and crazy food truck adventure and has spent the last year perfecting her recipes and booking gigs all over central Ohio.
